HPLC Purity Analysis
High-performance liquid chromatography measures the purity of each peptide to confirm ≥99% purity. The chromatogram is included in every CoA, giving you the raw data, not just a number.
Mass Spectrometry
Electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) confirms the molecular weight and identity of each compound, ruling out substitution or contamination at the molecular level.
Amino Acid Analysis
Quantitative amino acid analysis verifies the correct sequence and composition of each peptide chain, providing an additional layer of structural confirmation beyond mass alone.
